House of Vanity Charm School presents the Future Ready Academy — a modern development program designed to help high school students build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and prepare for success in college, careers, leadership opportunities, and everyday life.

Designed for both boys and girls ages 14–18, this interactive academy goes beyond traditional etiquette by combining social development, emotional intelligence, leadership, dining etiquette, workforce readiness, and college preparation into a practical and engaging experience for today’s teens.

Throughout the program, students will develop skills in:

  • Dining and social etiquette

  • Communication and conversation skills

  • Leadership and emotional intelligence

  • Professionalism and first impressions

  • Relationship building and conflict resolution

  • Workforce and interview readiness

  • College and career confidence

  • Networking and professional communication

  • Personal presentation and self-awareness

Each session is designed to be interactive, empowering, and relatable through roleplay activities, discussions, confidence-building exercises, and real-world scenarios that prepare students for life beyond high school.
