Welcome to House of Vanity Charm School! Our goal is to provide a positive and polished experience for every student. Please take a moment to review our simple policies below.

✨ Enrollment & Payments

  • Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received.

  • We accept credit, debit, most pay in 4s, and digital payments.

✨ Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancel 7 days before an event/program for a credit toward a future class.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before are non-refundable.

  • Missed sessions cannot be refunded, but will offer a makeup if available.

✨ Dress Code

  • Students should arrive neat and presentable.

  • Some events (like Tea Parties or Dining Etiquette) may request semi-formal or themed attire.

✨ Photos & Media

  • We love capturing special moments! Photos and videos may be used for school highlights and promotions.

  • If you prefer your child not be photographed, let us know in writing before class begins.

✨ Behavior & Respect

  • Kindness and respect are expected at all times.

  • Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from class without refund.

✨ Merchandise

  • All products and materials sales are final. Custom products are non-refundable.

  • Damaged items may be exchanged within 7 days.
