Our Vision
Our vision for young women is representation in skilled professions including STEM careers, corporate business functions, entrepreneurship, and management. We believe that building social capital through upskilling in etiquette and life skills will give our participants an advantage in obtaining gainful employment and sustainability in the job market.

Etiquette & Social Graces for Teens
Girls 13-16yrs. old will learn the basics of dining etiquette and social graces to help them succeed in social and professional settings. Participants will be served a 3 course meal while learning table manners and communication skills.
Charm School
The Charm School program was created for teen girls that wish to pursue a career in a corporate environment. This 4 week program teaches social skills, character building, and principle driven behavior to increase social mobility. Courses include soft skills training and etiquette.
1-on-1 Mentoring
Ages 13-19. Personal and professional development skills for girls available online and in-person. Topics include communication, dining etiquette, social graces, and confidence building which are valuable soft skills that girls will need when networking for job opportunities after graduation and in college settings. Young women who take my classes exit with skills for relationship building, entrepreneurship, and a passion for continuous self development..

Courses are available live (NJ, NY, PA, DE, MD, DC) or Weekly pre-recorded self-paced modules (launching Fall 2021). Additional reading materials/tools are not included in tuition. Participants will receive a Course Book and a bonus printed Career Planner with all enrollments.
